We embed directly into your renovation as a consulting and project management partner — guiding design decisions, overseeing contractors, managing budgets, and ensuring the finished product appeals to the right buyer at the right price. You get a sharp commercial eye without the overhead of a full team.
Own a property you want to renovate before selling but don't have the capital to do it? We step in as your renovation partner — funding and managing the full refurbishment in exchange for a share of the uplift in value. Your property is independently valued before and after, and profit is split on the incremental gain. No upfront cost to you.
